Our online business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Tweed Heads, NSW via Australia Post. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email hello@daughtersofindia.net
We endeavour to process orders within 1–3 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.

Regular Post (Australia Post)
Delivery estimate: 3–5 business days from dispatch. Cost: $10
Express Post (Australia Post)
Delivery estimate: 1–2 business days from dispatch. Cost: $17
Courier Express
Priority delivery. Cost: $30 (up to 0.5kg) / $45 (over 0.5kg)
Free Standard Shipping
Free Regular Post on orders over $350. Delivery estimate: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
All orders include tracking via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Track your order on the Australia Post tracking page.

All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Daughters of India’s control. Shipping delays can be a result of holiday periods or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery. Daughters of India is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
LOST PARCELS
Daughters of India offers tracking for all orders, however Daughters of India does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint with Australia Post.
