We endeavour to process orders within 1–3 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.

Standard Shipping (DHL Express)
Delivery estimate: 5–7 business days from dispatch. Cost: $20 CAD
Express Shipping (DHL Express)
Delivery estimate: 2–3 business days from dispatch. Cost: $35 CAD
Free Standard Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $370 CAD. Delivery estimate: 5–8 business days from dispatch.
DUTIES & TAXES
All prices include import duties and applicable taxes. We handle customs clearance through DHL — there are no surprise fees at your door. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
PRICING
All prices are displayed in CAD and include all applicable duties and taxes.
TRACKING
All orders include tracking via DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Track your order on the DHL tracking page.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Daughters of India’s control. Shipping delays can be a result of holiday periods, customs clearance, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery. Daughters of India is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
LOST PARCELS
Daughters of India offers tracking for all orders, however Daughters of India does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, please contact us at hello@daughtersofindia.net and we will assist you in lodging a claim with DHL.
