Our online business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. All orders are handcrafted in our studio in Jaipur, India and shipped directly to the UK via DHL Express. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email hello@daughtersofindia.net
We endeavour to process orders within 1–3 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.
UK SHIPPING
Standard Shipping (DHL Express)
Delivery estimate: 5–7 business days from dispatch. Cost: £15
Express Shipping (DHL Express)
Delivery estimate: 2–3 business days from dispatch. Cost: £22
Free Standard Shipping
Free on orders over £450. Delivery estimate: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
All orders include tracking via DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Track your order on the DHL tracking page.
DUTIES & TAXES — ALL INCLUDED
All prices on our UK store include UK import duties (12%) and VAT (20%). We handle customs clearance through DHL on your behalf — there are no surprise fees at your door. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Daughters of India's control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery. Daughters of India is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
LOST PARCELS
Daughters of India offers tracking for all orders, however Daughters of India does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint with DHL.
